About the service

Building the future of our urban landscape requires moving away from traditional, time-consuming construction methods.

We deliver advanced formwork systems—a next-generation solution, designed for faster, safer, and more efficient high-rise or skyscrapers construction.

THE NUMBERS THAT MATTER
  • 3-7 Days: Per Floor Completed
  • 60%: Time Reduction
  • 30%: Lower Costs & Manpower
  • 1 KM: Remote Control Coverage Range

A. AUTOMATIC FORMWORK
1. Automatic Climbing System (ACS)

Build higher, faster, and safer with the Automatic Climbing System (ACS) Formwork—a self-climbing solution designed for high-rise building cores and skyscrapers.

Powered by an integrated hydraulic climbing mechanism and operated by remote controller, the system climbs smoothly to the next floor using guide rails anchored to the concrete structure, reducing crane dependency and improving construction efficiency.

ACS typically consists of 3–6 working platforms:

  • Top levels: Rebar and concrete work
  • Middle levels: Formwork operations
  • Lower levels: Climbing operations
Benefits:
  • One floor in every 3-7 days
  • Only one-time installation
  • Integrated safety net
  • Reduces crane usage
  • Hydraulically climbing
  • Remote controlled operation
  • Smooth concrete finish
  • Reduces time, cost & manpower
2. Automatic Slipform System

Slipform technology is a construction method in which concrete is poured into a continuously moving formwork by means of hydraulic jacks. Slipform is Used for tall, slender structures requiring strong, continuous, uniform walls, including towers, silos, tanks, chimneys, and bridge piers.

Benefits:
  • 24/7 continuous pouring: 4–8 meters/day
  • One-time installation
  • Reduces crane usage
  • High reusability & recycling value
  • Low maintenance & less waste
  • Seamless & jointless casting
  • Reduces time, cost & manpower
B. NON-AUTOMATIC FORMWORK
1. Deck Formwork

Deckform is an advanced lightweight aluminum panelprop formwork system designed for the fast, efficient, and easy assembly and disassembly of slab formwork.

Benefits:

  • Enables weekly cycle
  • Only 3 steps: Hook on, push up, prop it
  • High reusability & recycling value
  • Monolithic casting & smooth concrete finish
  • Faster removal & shifting
  • Reduces time, cost & manpower
2. Table Formwork

Table formwork system is designed for faster, more cost-effective slab construction. Its flexible, grid-based design enables quick setup, easy shifting, and seamless adaptation to different building layouts.

Benefits:

  • Enables weekly cycle
  • One-time assembly
  • Low maintenance & less waste
  • Monolithic casting & smooth concrete finish
  • Faster removal & shifting
  • Reduces time, cost & manpower

Technical Specification:

  • Structure: Timber beams | plastic board
  • Support: Heavy-duty props | table heads | Tripod
  • Safety: Tie-backs for edge tables
  • Handling: Shifting trolleys |transport forks.
3. Aluminium Formwork

Aluminium Formwork is a lightweight, high strength system for monolithic RCC column, wall and slab construction, providing faster execution, dimensional accuracy, and a consistent concrete finish.

Benefits:

  • Easy handling: High-strength, lightweight aluminum panels allow safe manual handling by a single worker
  • Monolithic casting: Enables simultaneous casting of walls, slabs, and staircases in a single operation
  • Fast construction cycle: Early-stripping technology and a 1-floor formwork with 3-floor propping setup allow floor completion in ~4 days
  • High reusability: Properly maintained formwork can be reused 300+ times, subject to site practices
  • High recycling value: Retains significant residual material value after its service life due to excellent recyclability.
4. Plastic Formwork

Plastic Formwork System is a lightweight, durable, and reusable formwork solution for monolithic RCC columns, walls, and slabs—helping you build faster, reduce labor, and lower construction costs.

Benefits:

  • Faster fixing, removal & shifting
  • High reusability & recycling value
  • Low maintenance & less waste
  • Monolithic casting & smooth concrete finish
  • Ideal for repetitive construction projects
  • Reduces time, cost & manpower

Technical Specification:

  • Material: High-strength polypropylene (PP) or ABS plastic
  • Type: Injection-molded reusable plastic panels
Thickness: Approx. 12–20 mm (varies by design) Properties: Lightweight, waterproof, impact resistant, and chemical-resistant
  • Accessories: Plastic/metal connectors, pins, clamps, and ties.
